I celebrated Easter with my family cooking a totally vegan meal!
The loaf I made has tempeh, soy, lentils, carrots, celery, oregano, thyme, nutritional yeast, miso, and gluten flour. I can't believe the loaf stayed firm without using any egg.
I was so happy to have made this! Carrots and peas on the side have soy butter and mashed potatoes have soy butter and rice milk.
It was absolutely delicious!
