Whole Wheat Veggie Hawaiian Pizza

I make my own whole wheat pizza. So this time I decided to make it veggie Hawaiian... how? ... just using veggie bacon instead.

For the dough, I used: 

  •  3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup soy flour (this makes whole wheat flour smooth)
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp yeast
mix both flours in a medium bowl . Let the yeast rise and when ready, pour it into the flour mixture. Knead the dough for a bit until smooth adding more water or flour if needed. 

Let the dough rise until 1 1/2 to double volume. When ready, roll the dough with a wooden rolling pin just to the size of a 9" rounded Pyrex oven pan. Spray oil and let the dough rise a bit more.

Spread pizza sauce on top. Cook at 300F for about 30 minutes. When ready, add vegan mozzarella, pineapple pieces, and veggie bacon.
