This wonderful dish takes only a few minutes to prepare, has a great flavor, and is full of vitamin K, C, and A.
Ingredients:
- half lb. Brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp extra virgin oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 large garlic cloves, chopped or pressed
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
Cut Brussels sprouts into quarters and let sit for at least 5 minutes to bring out the hidden health benefits
Chop or press garlic an let sit for about 5 minutes to bring out their health-promoting properties.
Steam Brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes or until tender. While still hot, toss them with the rest of the ingredients.
