Cauliflower curry

This dish is simple and yummy. It could be served on top of rice or with chapatti. 


  • 1 head cauliflower cut into normal florets
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen sweet peas
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until golden brown. Then, add tomatoes and peas. After that, add cauliflower and mix well with onions and tomatoes.

When everything is mixed well, add spices (left Garam Masala for the end) and cook until cauliflower is soft.

Add water if necessary. Add Garam Masala just at the end.
