The day was gorgeous! I was able to eat outside looking at the hills...

I was a vegetarian at that time. So there are some animal products in a couple dishes. And this is a collection of many visits to the restaurant.
Just to start...all appetizers served with fresh flat bread (Naan):
Bread, feta cheese & herbs (mint and cilantro) |
Hummus: combination of garbanzo beans mixed with tahini, garlic, lemons and olive oil |
Vegetarian Ghaymeh Bademjoon: tomato sauce, yellow split peas , potatoes, and dry lime served with rice. |
My favorite always is anything with eggplant!
Kashk e Bademjon: roasted eggplant with fried onion, garlic, mint, walnut served with yogurt sauce |
Lentil Soup: A traditional Persian soup made with lentil, onions and spices |
Persian Rice: Saffron Basmati Rice with golden crust
Gormeh Sabzi: Fresh herbs cooked with kidney beans, dry lemons served with rice |
