Blue Nile Café

This is another great restaurant I went when visiting Kansas. Although there were not other customers, the ambiance was perfect and food delicious!

The buffet was closed so I had to order individually dishes:
Gomen: (Fresh collard greens cooked and seasoned with onion, ginger, and garlic)
Misir Watt: (A stew made from organic red lentils cooked with sautéed onion and berbere, then flavored with ginger, garlic, and cardamom)
Gomen and Dinich Watt: (Chunks of potatoes cooked with garlic seasoned in tomato and berbere sauce)
