I really don't know the name of this dish but found it through my friend Krista. It is a simple meal as a side dish or main course for vegetarians.
I haven't measure the ingredients but used: a few cloves of garlic, a normal onion, a quarter of a summer squash and one zucchini in this order on olive oil waiting a bit after each ingredient to cook.
I served on a plate sprinkling a bit of vegan Parmesan on top.
